TCL Corporation, the Chinese multinational electronics company headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong Province who owns the brand license of Alcatel Mobiles is gearing to announced a new range of smartphones at the upcoming IFA 2017 event which is scheduled to start from September 1. the company is expected to announced Alcatel Idol 5 along with the Alcatel A7 XL, A3 Plus, and U5 HD.
As per a report from our friends at WinFuture, the latest leaks of Alcatel Idol 5 has appeared on GFXBench with model number TCL 6058 reveals the specifications of device to sport a 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 p) IPS display and will be powered by 1.3GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with 3GB of RAM.
The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat update and will feature 16GB of on-board storage and will support storage expansion via MicroSD card. it will be backed by a 2,800 mAh battery capacity with a Fingerprint sensor placed at the back side of the device.
On the optics front, the device is expected to sport a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 8-megapixel front facing selfie shooter. Coming to the pricing, it is expected to cost around EURO 400 (approx Rs. 30,000)
