ZTE Mobile Corporation subsidiary brand Nubia Mobile launched the selfie -centric Nubia N2 smartphone in India. the highlight feature of the mid-ranger smartphone is its massive 5000 mAh battery which provides talk-time of 50 hours and standby time of 1000 hours. the smartphone is available exclusively via Amazon India at Rs. 15,999 and comes in Champagne Gold and Black Gold color options.
Commenting at the launch, Eric Hu, Country Head, Nubia India stated, “With every Nubia product that is introduced in India, we are increasing our ability to respond to feedback of our customers. Big battery, steady performance and great camera have been universal themes around which our customers have sought improvisation from us. Keeping this in mind, we have introduced Nubia N2. With proprietary Neo Power technology, and 5000mAh battery, this device lasts 3 days on a single charge. Nubia is overwhelmed with the affection it has received in India market and we are determined to introduce products that continue to enrich lives of our customers.”
Coming to the specification, The Nubia N2 bears a 5.5-inch AMOLED HD (1280 x 720 p) display with On-Cell lamination, 2.5D curved Glass, 16M color support along with a pixel density of 267 ppi. under-the-hood, it is powered by an 64-Bit octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC (4 cortex-A53 @ 1.5 GHz and 4 cortex-A53 @ 1.0 GHz) paired with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and Mali T860 GPU.
The Nubia N2 smartphone runs on Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow update and is packed with 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable up-to 128GB via MicroSD card support. the smartphone is backed by a massive 5000 mAh battery, combined with the company’s in-house NeoPower technology and offers longer battery life which lasts for 3.2 days with rigorous use. the smartphone is also packed with fingerprint sensor which can unlock the device in 0.2 seconds and also supports app encryption.
The Nubia N2 sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, blue glass IR filter, high-transparency organic glass lens, 5p lens, F/2.2 aperture, neo vision 6.0, dual LED flash and (Phase Detection Auto-focus) PDAF. it also sports a 16-megapixel front facing selfie camera with Samsung 3P3ST sensor, 80-degree wide-angle lens, blue glass IR filters, 5P lens, F/2.0 aperture and skin retouching 2.0
On the connectivity front, the Nubia N2 smartphone option includes 3G, 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, Hybrid Dual-SIM and USB Type-C port. it also on-boards sensors including Electronic compass, G-sensor, Light sensor, Gyro-sensor, Proximity sensor, and Hall sensor. the smartphone measures at 155 x 75 x 7.9 mm and weighs at 180 grams.
