Earlier this week, we reported you that Oppo announced the Oppo R11 Selfie-Centric smartphone in China with a Dual Camera Setup on the back and a 20-megapixel front facing selfie shooter. there are reports that the company has also announced the Oppo R11 Plus, elder sibling of the of Oppo R11 in China. it is expected to go sale starting this month in the country and not much has been revealed about its pricing and availability outside of the China region.
The Oppo R11 Plus smartphone sports a metal uni-body with concealed antenna lines and bears a 6-inch Full-HD ( 1920 x 1080 p) amoled display. it is powered by a 64-Bit octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of in-built storage. the smartphone runs on ColorOS 3.1 based onAndroid 7.1 Nougat. the smartphone is backed by a 4000 mAh battery with the company’s in-house VOOC Fast Charging.
On the optics front, the smartphone just like its smaller sibling, sports dual cameras at the back,with a 16-megapixel sensor with F/1.7 Aperture and a 20-megapixel sensor. it also with 2X optical zoom, Qualcomm Spectra ISP ( supports zero shutter lag, and offer smooth zoom, fast autofocus and brings true-to-life colors for improved image quality), Portrait Mode, Bokeh effect and some other features. on the front, there’s a 20-megapixel front-facing camera with F/2.0 Aperture.
