Panasonic, the Japanese smartphone manufacturer and multinational electronics company recently announced their latest offering Panasonic Eluga A4 in India. the highlight feature of the device is its massive battery capacity of 5,000 mAh. the device will stand in competition with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Lenovo K8 Plus which are backed by 4,000 mAh battery.
Announcing the launch, Pankaj Rana, business head of mobility division, Panasonic India, stated, “The increasing demands for 4G smartphones with a good battery at an affordable price has become a necessity today. Our new Eluga A4 which has slide screen, 5000 mAh battery and FPS powers you to do a lot throughout the day,”
The Panasonic Eluga A4 bears a 5.2-inch HD (1280 x 720p) Display with 2.5D curved glass and is powered by an 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. the device comes with 32GB of on-board storage and supports storage expansion up-to 128GB via MicroSD card.
The device sports a Fingerprint sensor placed on the rear and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat update out-of-the box. it is also packed with the company’s in-house personal assistant AI-based ‘ARBO‘ which provides user based suggestion monitoring the usage pattern, and as said earlier the device is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery capacity.
On the optics front, the device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing selfie shooter.
On the connectivity front, the option includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro-USB (2.0 port) with OTG support.
