Xiaomi, the chinese smartphone manufacturing company recently launched the Redmi 4 smartphone in India with Snapdragon 435 and 4100mAh Battery Support. According to a poster origially published on Chinese social networking site Weibo, the company is now introducing the Mi Max 2 smartphone at a launch event on May 25 which will be attended by the company’s CEO Lei Jun along with executives of top Chinese Company’s including Ma Dong, Luo Zhenyu, Chen Rui, and Ge Ke and Shanghai 48 (SNH48) China based girls band.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 smartphone is the successor to the Mi Max smartphone which was launched last year in May, 2016. although, the leak poster doesn’t reveal much about the hardware specification but we can expect that it will be packed with improved hardwware.
As per rumours, the Mi Max 2 will sport the same 6.44-inch display with 1080p resolution and will run on MIUI 8 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. the smartphone will be backed by humongous 5000mAh Battery. there are also rumours that the smartphone will come in two variants differs by processor and RAM. one with Snapdragon 660 paired with 6GB of RAM. while, the other with Snapdragon 626 coupled with 4GB of RAM. on the camera front, it is expected to sport a 12-megapixel Sony IMX378 sensor on the rear and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. the smartphone is expected to price between 1499 Yuan and 1699 Yuan.
